Silvia Quitanilla Silvia Quintanilla, Chief Sales Detective and Principal - Silvia has been a directly involved in the sales profession for over 15 years. Sales has always fascinated Silvia, and she has spent her entire professional life trying to understand how to win accounts faster and for more money. In her past jobs, she has performed every sales activity, from cold calling to closing deals with Fortune 500 companies. This has given her the direct insight needed to help sales professionals. As Chief Sales Detective at Industry Gems, she directs all sales intelligence projects. She is also a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals AIIP, the leading national association for professional researchers. She received her degree in Business Administration from California State East Bay in 1991.

Steve Hamilton, Sales Intelligence Researcher - Steve is a professional researcher and utilizes his skills to find hidden or hard to find sales gems that can benefit our sales clients. Steve is also a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP), the leading national association for professional researchers. Additionally, Steve is also an accomplished writer and translator and has 17 years of experience in IT and technical documentation. At Industry Gems, Steve assists with sales research, writing and quality control.
